Core Developer

Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle to develop cutting edge solutions
• Collaborate with the product managers in the realization of new products by developingboth the technical specifications andsoftware solution
• Participate in establishment of software development standards and processes
• Support business partners in the creation of new interfaces and delivery channels
• Drive the evolution of our unique mobile content delivery and advertizing platforms

Qualifications:
• Experience programming and developing highly scalable applications written in Coldfusion and Java.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a large engineering team and share opinions in a collaborative manner
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
• Experience building international applications is desirable
• Strong hands on SQL relational database experience (Sql Server, Oracle, MySql, Postgres)
• 5+ years developing web server-based applications using Coldfusion and Java
• Must have knowledge of and experience working with web services; that is, coding, planning, and consuming.
• Essential technologies: Coldfusion, Java, AJAX, Prototype, Postgres, CSS
• Bonus Technologies: FLEX, Python, PHP, Linux
• A BS is required


Calling Platform Developer

Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and enhance the company calling platform
• Work with VOIP providers to ensure routing and proper handling of calls
• Troubleshoot issues affecting calls and calling issues, including call quality, call completion rates, etc.
• Build and maintain conference and group calling features by enhancing and maintaining current features, building out new features as required
• Document and plan new features working with the development group to deliver on time and on budget
• Work with other members of the engineering team to create business critical application features and enhancements

Qualifications:
• Must have 3+ years experience setting up, configuring and maintaining high volume asterisk servers
• Must have experience programming enterprise applications using java and related technologies
• Must have good knowledge of telecommunications and VOIP protocols involving and related to calls
• Must have deep expertise in multi-threaded application design and development
• Must have experience managing and programming a high volume calling application.
• Essential technologies: Asterisk, Python, Java, SQL, PL/SQL
• Bonus technologies: AMQ Java Messaging server, C++, Shell scripting,
• Experience with Speech Analytics, SIP, and IVR are definite bonuses.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
• A BS is required
