Shabber Jaffer

As Kadoink’s CFO, Shabber Jaffer brings over 24 years of experience in finance, general management and operations. He brings extensive expertise in strategic financial and business management developed as CFO at K2 Optronics where he managed all aspects of the company’s fund raising and eventual acquisition and his six years at Sun Microsystems in the course of which he managed enterprise software businesses as GM. Shabber has also been involved with numerous company acquisitions driving deal assessment, due diligence, deal closure and integration and has built and managed cross-border organizations. Working at both Philips Semiconductor and National Semiconductor, Shabber exhibited strong manufacturing expertise in financial oversight of major semiconductor sites. Most recently, Shabber drove global partnerships with leading online portals and content providers in offering information and social networking services on the mobile phone. Shabber has an MBA from Kansas State University and a BS from Bangalore University.
